浅析军队老旧小区改造的困境与路径

摘要：军队老旧小区改造工作相较于地方而言起步较晚，面临着改造经验有限、涉及部队广泛、建设年代久远、利益诉求多元等特殊难题。基于此，采用实地走访和案例研究的方法，首先剖析了军队老旧小区改造中面临的共性和个性难题，然后以北京劲松社区和广州永庆坊街区为例分析其改造模式和改造经验，在此基础上，提出在军队老旧小区改造过程中的针对性改进措施，以期为刚刚起步的军队老旧小区改造工作提供借鉴参考。

Research on Predicament and Path in the Renovation of Old Military Residential Communities

Abstract: Compared with ordinary old residential communities，the renovation of old military residential communities started late，facing special problems such as limited experience in reconstruction，involving many departments，a long history of construction，and diverse interest demands.Based on these problems，this paper adopts the methods of field visits and case studies.First，this paper analyzes the common and individual problems faced in the renovation of the old military residential communities，and then takes Beijing Jinsong community and Guangzhou Yongqingfang community as examples to analyze their renovation mode and experience.Finally，based on the above research，puts forward improvement measures for the renovation of the old military residential communities，to provide reference for the started renovation of the old military residential communities.
