施工方牵头的EPC项目一体化协同体系构建

摘要:传统施工企业项目施工管理是强项,但是作为EPC项目的牵头方时,施工企业在协同管理上还存在一定程度的短板。通过构建基于施工方牵头的EPC项目协同管理“一体化协同体系”,有针对性地提出了构建业主目标决策协同体系、公司服务监督协同体系、项目执行管控协同体系、设计协同管理体系、采购协同管理体系等子体系的要点,并给出适应EPC协同管理的思维调整建议,希望对施工方牵头的EPC项目协同管理提升提供参考。

Research on Construction of Integrated Collaborative System of EPC Projects Led by Construction Company

Abstract: Project construction management is a strong item of traditional construction company,but as the leader of EPC project,there are still some shortcomings in collaborative management.By constructing the “integrated laborative system” of EPC collaborative management led by the construction company,the paper puts forward key points of subsystem named the owner’s goal decision-making collaboration system,the company’s service supervision collaboration system,the project implementation control collaboration system,the design collaboration management system,and the procurement collaboration management system.And gives suggestions on thinking adjustment to adapt to EPC collaborative management,hopes to provide reference for the collaborative management capability improvement of EPC project led by the construction company.
