摘要：超高层建筑由于其高度较高、结构复杂, 且通常具备多种功能和业态, 人员及各种设施较密集, 火灾隐患较大, 一旦发生火灾, 烟气蔓延速度快, 人员疏散逃生困难, 所以超高层建筑的消防设计显得尤为重要, 在火灾发生时如何快速有序地将楼内人员疏散至安全区域, 保障人身安全更是超高层建筑消防电气设计的重要工作。本文结合武汉市某超高层项目设计经验, 从消防应急灯具、配电、控制等方面探讨超高层建筑消防应急照明和疏散指示系统的设计原则或方法, 以供同行参考。

Discussion on Design of Fire Emergency Lighting and Evacuation Indicating System for Super High-rise Buildings

Abstract: Super high-rise buildings are usually the landmark buildings in a city or an area. Affected by its height, the structure of super high-rise buildings is complex, and with a variety of building functions and formats, there are many users or dense facilities in this kind of building and the super high-rise building is extremely prone to fire. When a fire occurs, the smoke of fire spreads quickly and evacuation is difficult. So the fire protection design of super high-rise buildings is particularly important. How to evacuate people to safe places quickly and ensure the personal safety is one of the tasks of fire protection electrical design for super high-rise buildings. Combining with the experience of a super high-rise architecture in Wuhan, the design method or principle of fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system is discussed from the aspects of fire emergency lighting, distribution and control.
