摘要:韧性断裂作为结构钢的一种重要破坏形式,近年来吸引了许多学者对其进行研究。为研究结构韧性断裂的本构关系,首先从塑性全量理论出发,基于四个假定引入了修正外形曲线的材料系数,详细推导了钢材主应力面上塑性应变分布的数学模型;然后,基于图形散斑相关法(DIC)拟合标定了Q235及Q345结构钢的修正外形曲线的材料系数。通过研究,给出了一种精确的计算结构钢大塑性变形主应力上应变分布的方法,以期为今后研究和预防钢结构韧性断裂提供参考。

Study on plastic strain distribution of structural steel based on Digital Image Correlation (DIC) method

Abstract: As an important failure form of structural steel, ductile fracture has attracted many scholars to study it in recent years. In order to study the constitutive relation of ductile fracture of structures, first starts from the plastic total quantity theory, the material coefficient of the modified profile curve was introduced based on four assumptions, and the mathematical model of plastic strain distribution on the principal stress surface of steel was deduced in detail.Then, based on the Digital Image Correlation(DIC) method, the material coefficients of the modified profile curves of Q235 and Q345 structural steels were fitted and calibrated. Through the research, an accurate method for calculating the strain distribution on the principal stress of large plastic deformation of structural steel was presented in order to provide reference for future research and prevention of ductile fracture in steel structures.
