摘要:吴江绿地中心超高层项目塔楼建筑高度为358m,核心筒从33层酒店中庭开始起分为独立的两个部分,结构体系创新独特,给结构设计带来新的挑战。对该超高层塔楼的主要结构特点进行了详细阐述,介绍了其结构设计的主要过程以及相关抗震设计方法,重点关注了抗震设计过程中的概念设计,解决了加强层设计、交叉支撑设计以及塔冠结构设计等重点问题。分析结果表明,该超高层塔楼结构可满足预定的抗震性能目标,各项结构分析指标均能满足现行规范要求,加强层及交叉支撑等特殊构件受力合理,具有一定的安全储备。

Structural design of the super high-rise tower of Wujiang Greenland Center

Abstract: The tower building height of Wujiang Greenland Center super high-rise project is 358 m. The core tube is divided into two independent parts starting from the 33 rd-floor hotel atrium. The structural system is innovative and unique, which brings new challenges to the structural design. The main structural characteristics of the super high-rise tower were expounded in detail, the main process of its structural design and the related seismic design methods were introduced, and the conceptual design in the seismic design process was focused on, and the key problems such as the reinforcement layer design, cross bracing design and tower crown structure design were solved. The analysis results show that the super high-rise tower structure can meet the predetermined seismic performance targets, all the structural analysis indicators can meet the requirements of the current code, and the special components such as reinforcement layers and cross bracing are reasonably stressed and have a certain safety reserve.
