黑龙江省《城镇智慧供热技术规程》解读

摘要:在当前“碳达峰、碳中和”背景下,为了推进城镇供热行业的可持续发展,规范智慧供热的建设,减少碳排放,黑龙江省编制并实施了DB23/T 2745—2020《城镇智慧供热技术规程》。该规程首次提出了城镇智慧供热系统的分级与评定,并从体系构架、系统功能、竣工验收及运行维护等方面明确了具体要求,涉及到供热管网设备、系统通讯、数据处理及挖掘、人工智能等领域,为未来城镇智慧供热建设发展提供了保障。

Abstract: For the sustainable development of urban heating, standardizing the construction of smart heating and reducing carbon emissions in the context of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, DB23/T 2745-2020 Technical specification for smart heating engineering of urban in Heilongjiang Province has been compiled and implemented. This standard not only includes the system structure, functions, completion acceptance, operation and maintenance, but also includes heating pipe network equipment, system communication, data processing and mining, artificial intelligence. It is proposed for the first time the classification and assessment for urban smart heating systems, which will contribute to the development of smart heating technology in the future.
