摘要:主要介绍了广州市南沙区某建筑高度为249.5m的塔楼在确定外框柱截面类型时所开展的设计比选工作。首先基于设计规范对不同截面类型框架柱的相关规定,分析并阐述了框架柱在材料方面的利用效能;其次,针对塔楼在结构设计过程中对框架柱的设计需求,提出了3个合理可行的框架柱楼层布置方案,通过比对和分析各方案在主要结构材料费用、楼层有效使用面积、柱的防火措施和模板支设费用、施工工期和难度等5个方面的特点和差异;最终,着重考虑了开发商和建筑师的选择倾向,确定塔楼底部22层的外框柱采用叠合柱,23~54层采用普通钢筋混凝土柱。

Abstract: The design comparison and selection process of the outer frame column of a tower with a building height of 249.5m in Nansha District of Guangzhou was mainly introduced. Firstly, based on the relevant requirements of the design specification for the frame columns with different section type, the materials utilization efficiency of the frame columns was carefully calculated and expounded. In view of the design needs of the frame columns in the structural design process of tower, three reasonable column arrangement schemes were put forward. Then the cost of structural materials, the effective floor area, fire prevention measures and formwork expenses for columns, and the ease and difficulty of construction were compared and selected. Finally, after considered the selection preferences of developers and architects, the section type of the outer frame columns of the bottom 22 floors is selected to be steel tube-reinforced concrete column. The ordinary reinforced concrete columns are applied in 23rd to 54th floor.
