摘要:台州某商业广场地上4层,地下2层,结构高度23.7m。地下室全长310m不设伸缩缝,地上东西向长286.2m,南北向长90.9m,仅根据建筑功能在中间设置一道防震缝兼伸缩缝,其中西侧长度184.5m,东侧长度101.7m。项目东北角主入口处因造型及功能需要设置双向25.5m钢桁架大悬挑,同时内中庭及南侧二层外廊存在多处托柱转换及大跨度。简要介绍了项目的结构体系、基础形式,重点介绍了超长结构温度作用计算过程,并指出了型钢混凝土与普通混凝土超长结构在温度荷载作用下计算方法的不同之处以及相应的处理办法。此外,对主入口大悬挑钢桁架进行了详细的计算对比分析,并进行了防倒塌设计,确保了大悬挑结构的经济性和安全性。

Design of super-long structure and large cantilever of a commercial plaza in Taizhou

Abstract: The commercial plaza in Taizhou has four floors above ground and two floors underground, whose height is 23.7 meters. The basement length of this plaza is 310 meters without expansion joints. For the above ground of this plaza, whose east-to-west length is 286.2 meters and north-to-south length is 90.9 meters, there is only one seismic joint which is doubled expansion joint in the middel according to the building function. There are 184.5 meters for the west side of the seismic joint and 101.7 meters for the east side. The main entrance of the northeast corner of the plaza set a two-side 25.5 meters steel truss cantilever because of the architectural figure and functional requires. At the same time, there are many columns conversion and large-span in the inner atrium and the second floor corridor on the south side. The structure system and foundation type of the plaza was briefly introduced, the calculation process of super-long structure thermal action was highlighted and the differences of the analytical method between super-long steel reinforced concrete structure and ordinary concrete structure under temperature load were narrated, also the corresponding treatment method was given. Meanwhile, the large cantilever steel truss at main entrance was calculated and analyzed in detail, and the anti-collapse design was adopt to ensure the economy and safety of the large cantilever structure.
