摘要:以雄安新区某实际工程为研究背景,通过足尺模型拟静力试验研究了PRC管桩与预制管柱变径法兰连接方式的抗震性能,从试件的破坏现象、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、残余变形、法兰弯矩转角关系等方面探究了变径桩柱法兰连接的可靠性及抗震性能,揭示了试件的损伤过程和最终破坏形式。试验结果表明:法兰强度较高,加劲肋和法兰板没有出现屈曲。桩柱混凝土与端板连接强度较低,在试验过程中此处产生较大的粘结裂缝,预制管柱与管桩纵筋产生的较大滑移是试件承载力下降的主要原因,并提出了相应的优化措施,为变径桩柱法兰连接设计提供技术支撑。

Experimental study on reliability of flange connection of variable diameter pile-column

Abstract: Based on a practical project in Xiong'an New area, the seismic performance of variable diameter flange connection between PRC pile and prefabricated pipe columns was studied by full-scale model pseudo-static test. The reliability and seismic performance of flange connection of variable diameter pile-column were investigated by studying the failure phenomenon, hysteretic curve, skeleton curve, residual deformation and flange bending angle, and the damage process and ultimate failure form of the specimens were revealed. The experimental results show that the strength of the flange is relatively high, and the stiffener and flange plate did not buckle. The strength of the connection between the pile column concrete and the end plate is relatively low, and large bonding cracks were generated here during the experiment. The main reason for the decrease in the bearing capacity of the specimen is the large slippage between the precast pipe column and the pipe pile longitudinal reinforcement and corresponding optimization measures were proposed to provide technical support for the design of flange connection of variable diameter pile-column.
