摘要:西部股权投资基金基地项目为7度抗震设防区的钢管混凝土柱-钢梁-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构,结构高度189.7m,存在扭转不规则、楼板局部不连续和其他不规则三项不规则项,还存在大跨度悬挑桁架、竖向构件局部转换、塔楼与裙房不设防震缝、体型较大的幕墙裙摆钢构架等情况,属于超限高层结构。针对结构超限和其他抗震不利情况,提出了抗震性能化的设计目标,对塔楼进行了多遇、设防、罕遇地震作用下的等效弹性分析与弹塑性时程分析,对结构的主要构件进行抗震性能目标验算。针对穿层柱、楼板舒适度、悬挑桁架、幕墙裙摆钢构架、复杂节点等进行了专项分析,并对分析结果提出了有效的抗震加强措施,以确保结构安全。

Out-of-code high-rise structural design of Western Equity Investment Fund Headquarter Project

Abstract: The Western Equity Investment Fund Headquarter Project is located in the seismic zone where the seismic fortification intensity is classified as 7-degree. The structure height is 189.7m, and the structure scheme adopts composite structure of concrete-filled steel tubular column-steel beam-reinforced concrete corewall. The structure is considered as an out-of-code high-rise structure because there are three types of irregularities of structure, including torsional irregularity, local discontinuity of slab and other irregularities. In addition, other characteristics of the out-of-code high-rise building also exist in this structure, including large-span cantilever truss, local conversion of vertical components, no seismic joints between the tower and podium, and large curtain wall skirt steel frame. Regarding to the out-of-code conditions and worse scenario for seismic design, the objective of performance-based seismic design was put forward. The equivalent elastic analysis and elasto-plastic time-history analysis were carried out for the tower under the action of frequent, fortification and rare earthquakes, and the seismic performance target checking calculation was carried out for the main components of the structure. In order to ensure the safety of the structure, special analysis was carried out for the cross-layer column, floor comfort level, cantilever truss, curtain wall skirt steel frame and complex joint, and effective seismic strengthening measures were put forward based on the analysis results.
