摘要:装配式复合模壳剪力墙体系是装配式建筑的一种新体系,其对现有现浇施工流程进行了优化,既能充分发挥工厂化生产和现场浇筑的优点,又能规避两者的不足,市场应用前景广阔。通过装配式复合模壳剪力墙体系工程案例分享,对该新体系的实际应用进行了梳理。通过对装配式复合模壳剪力墙结构和常规现浇剪力墙结构的整体建模计算分析,可以认为装配式复合模壳剪力墙结构等同于常规现浇剪力墙结构;从细微角度分析,装配式复合模壳剪力墙结构刚度稍大于常规现浇剪力墙结构。此外,对典型装配式复合模壳剪力墙构件大样做法和典型连接节点做法进行了详述,有助于初步了解装配式复合模壳剪力墙体系设计。

Design and project application of shear wall with prefabricated composite shell-form system

Abstract: Shear wall with prefabricated composite shell-form system is a new system of prefabricated buildings. It reconstructs the existing cast-in-place construction process, which can not only give full play to the advantages of factory production and site casting, but also avoid the disadvantages of both, and has a broad market application prospect. Through the sharing of project application of shear wall with prefabricated composite shell-form system, the practical application of the new system was sorted out. Through the modeling calculation and analysis of the shear wall with prefabricated composite shell-form structure and the conventional cast-in-place shear wall structure, it can be considered that the shear wall with prefabricated composite shell-form structure is almost equivalent to the conventional cast-in-place shear wall structure. From a subtle point of view, the stiffness of the shear wall with prefabricated composite shell-form structure is slightly greater than that of the conventional cast-in-place shear wall structure. In addition, the large sample method of typical components and connection node method of shear wall with prefabricated composite shell-form structure were described in detail, which is helpful for a preliminary understanding of the design of shear wall with prefabricated composite shell-form system.
