关于保证驻欠发达国家使馆电气系统可靠运行的一些做法和思考
摘要：对于驻经济欠发达国家的使馆, 当外电源的可靠性较差, 且在安全和维护方面都存在不利条件时, 如何保证使馆的电气系统可靠运行是电气设计必须处理好的重要问题。本文针对驻外使馆所在地的不利条件, 结合当地的实际情况, 按照我国现行相关标准采取了一些在电气设计中相应的必要措施, 使电气系统的可靠性和安全性得到了有效提升, 保证了使馆工作的正常运转。

Practices and Reflections on Guaranteeing the Dependable Operation of Electrical Systems at Embassies in Less Developed Countries
Abstract: For embassies stationed at economically underdeveloped countries, when the reliability of the external power supply is poor, and there are disadvantages in terms of security and maintenance, how to guarantee the reliable operation of the electrical system at the embassy is a key issue that must be addressed during the electrical design. According to the introduction that certain necessary measures had been taken by the embassies in the electrical design according to the current relevant standards of China and the actual local conditions to address the unfavorable conditions in their locations to effectively improve the reliability and safety of the electrical systems, and to ensure the daily operations of the embassies.
