摘要：以某智慧园区实际项目为例, 通过分析园区的现状及其需求, 从“方便管理、方便使用、方便展示”的功能实现角度入手, 建立智慧园区的指标体系, 作为衡量智慧园区的管理效率、投资收益和社会贡献的依据, 并指导智慧园区的规划和建设。

Overall Plan and Index System Establishment of a Smart Park

Abstract: Taking a smart park as an example to describe the establishment of smart park index system through analyzing the present situations and needs of the park, from the views of “convenient to manage, easy to use and convenient to display”.And as a measure of management efficiency, income and social contribution, which could guide the smart park's planning and construction.
