大型综合体项目机电一体化设计研究——苏州湾文化中心项目案例

摘要：综合体项目里机电系统复杂，需要通过机电一体化的通盘考虑与设计来实现建筑整体效果的最佳以及机电系统运行的最优。本文以苏州湾文化中心项目为例对机电一体化实现的体制保障以及具体实践做法进行了分析，提出了设置机电项目经理、机电管线综合分工、水暖设备自控界面以及机电融合为建筑服务的理念供设计同行参考

Research on MEP Integration Design of Large Scale Complex Project: Suzhou Bay Cultural Center Project

Abstract: MEP system is very complicated in complex building, overall consideration is needed to achieve the best result of the whole building and MEP system. Take Suzhou Bay culture center project as example, analyze what can be done for the MEP integration design. Topic of MEP project manager, pipeline integration, DDC control interface and benefit building first is discussed.
