从标准起草单位视角辨析标准化服务可行性
摘要：基于标准起草单位工作中的4个瓶颈问题进行分析，提出了标准化服务业这一解决途径，以及成为标准“主要起草者、技术管理者、实施推广者、合格评定者”的发展定位。展望了提供标准化服务可开展的优势业务，及其带来的技术、经济、管理和市场效益。

Feasibility Study on Providing Standardization Service from the Perspective of Standard Drafting Unit
Abstract: Based on the analysis of 4 bottleneck problems in drafting units of technical standard, this paper proposes solution of standardization service, and development orientation of main compiler, technical manager, implementation promoter and conformity assessor of standardization. The feasible superior business by providing standardization services, as well as its technological, economic, management and market benefits are prospected.
