高层建筑巨型斜桁架结构施工技术

摘要:由于巨型斜桁架与混凝土核心筒组成的高层建筑结构形体特殊、受力复杂,存在大量整体倾斜结构,需在主结构基本结顶后才能形成完整的受力体系。因此,施工各阶段存在较大困难。结合实际工程案例,详细阐述该钢结构施工的关键技术,对施工重难点进行深入分析,提出重点考虑与控制的环节。梳理出钢结构施工总体思路,特别对临时支撑的布置与施工、巨型斜桁架安装、中庭钢平台与南北连廊施工及地上钢结构的预变形控制等技术进行深入研究。

Construction Technology of Giant Inclined Truss Structure in Tall Building

Abstract: A high-rise building in a special shape always consists of giant inclined trusses and concrete core tubes and bears complicated forces. As many integral inclined structures exist, the entire force system can only be formed after the top part of the main structure is completed. Therefore, many serious problems must be solved in all stages during the construction. Based on real projects, this paper detailed the key techniques of the steel structure construction with the in depth analysis of the construction difficulties. The key steps that need to be emphasized and controlled were figured out. The general outline of the steel structure construction was sorted out. The techniques requiring in-depth research included the layout and construction of temporary supports, the installation of giant inclined trusses, the construction of the atrium steel platform and the north-south corridor, and the pre-deformation control of the ground steel structure.
