老旧小区适老化改造策略研究

摘要：人口老龄化是我国进入新发展阶段后必须长期面对的基本国情，我国正处于适老化转型的战略机遇期和窗口期。针对适老设施增设难、加装电梯推进慢、企业参与意愿低等老旧小区适老化改造存在的主要问题，研究提出“综合施策、精细设计、依法推进、多元参与、优化服务”的适老化改造策略。

Research on Aging Reconstruction Strategies for Older Residential Communities

Abstract: Aging population is a basic national condition which our country must face long after entering the new development stage. Our country is in a period of strategic opportunity and window period for communities to adapt to aging transformation. This paper aims at the main problems existing in the aging renovation of older residential communities,such as the difficulty in adding aging facilities,the slow progress in installing elevators,and the low willingness of enterprises to participate,and proposes the aging transformation strategy of “comprehensive policy,fine design,promotion according to law,diversified participation,and optimized services”.
