全过程工程咨询企业服务能力提升策略研究
摘要：随着全过程工程咨询服务模式的逐渐演变和咨询市场需求的不断升级，咨询企业的服务能力在很大程度上影响并制约着企业自身的发展水平。为推动全过程工程咨询企业提升服务能力，本文分析目前全咨企业自身存在的不足以及全咨企业需要建设的五种重要能力，并结合企业实践从加强基础条件建设、提升组织管理能力、健全人才结构体系、提升专业核心能力和加大创新研究力度五个方面提出了全咨企业服务能力提升策略，以期为全咨企业未来发展提供参考。

The Improvement Strategy of Service Capability of the Whole Process Engineering Consulting Enterprises
Abstract: With the gradual evolution of the whole-process engineering consulting service model and the continuous upgrading of the consulting market demand,the service capability of consulting enterprises will affect and restrict the development of enterprises to a large extent. In order to promote whole-process engineering consulting enterprises to improve their service capability,this study analyzes the current risks and challenges faced by whole-process engineering consulting enterprises and identifies five important capabilities that affect the improvement of whole-process engineering consulting enterprises' service capability. In order to provide reference for the development of these enterprises,the paper also provides targeted measures and suggestions.
