工程建设计价费用标准测定研究框架体系与关键模块设计
摘要：工程建设计价费用标准是工程造价科学确定与有效控制的重要支撑与保障，开展费用标准动态化测定分析与完善意义重大。本文基于对费用标准多属性挖掘分析，结合典型费用标准测定模式提炼，提出系统化费用标准测定研究框架，设计包括费用多属性解析、水平测定、适应性调整、费用表征形式设计、检验验证等关键模块，为科学规范化工程计价费用标准研究模式与实施路径提供理论借鉴与实践参考，支撑工程建设科学计价分析与标准完善。

Research on Framework System and Key Module Design of the Determination of Engineering Construction Pricing Cost Standards
Abstract: The cost standard of engineering construction project is an important support and guarantee for the scientific determination and effective control of the project cost.It is of great significance to carry out the dynamic measurement analysis and improvement of the cost standard.Based on the multi-attribute mining analysis of the cost standard，combined with the extraction of the typical cost standard measurement mode，the paper proposes a research framework for systematic cost standard determination and designs key modules，including cost attribute analysis，level measurement，adaptive adjustment，cost representation form designing，inspection and verification，etc.It provides theoretical and practical reference for the scientific and standardized research mode and implementation path of engineering pricing cost standards，and supports the scientific pricing analysis and standard improvement of engineering construction.
