山西某景观平台结构设计与分析

摘要:山西景观平台采用带斜索的钢结构平台,悬挑尺度大,自索塔悬挑近50m,采用预应力索,整体结构受力复杂。为了研究其整体受力状态和工作性能,进行了整体结构的静力分析、施工阶段分析、线弹性屈曲分析、抗连续倒塌分析、振动舒适度分析、关键节点的有限元细部分析。分析结果表明:结构整体参数较为合理,竖向挠度和水平位移均满足设计要求;所有钢构件在施工过程中整体应力水平较低,满足施工要求;断索后所有钢构件均未产生塑性铰,均处在弹性阶段,安全冗余度高,可满足抗连续倒塌的要求;人致激励作用下的舒适度可满足要求;节点细部分析结果表明,节点等效应力整体水平较低,小于钢材的设计强度。

Structural design and analysis of a landscape platform in Shanxi

Abstract: Steel platform with diagonal cable is used on shanxi landscape platform and it has a large cantilever scale nearly 50 m cantilevered from the tower. The prestressed cable is used, and the entire structure is subjected to complex forces. In order to study its overall stress state and working performance, the static analysis, construction stage analysis, linear elastic buckling analysis, continuous collapse resistance analysis, vibration comfort analysis, and finite element detail analysis of key nodes of the overall structure were carried out. The results show that the overall parameters of the structure are reasonable, and the vertical deflection and horizontal displacement both meet the design requirements. The overall stress level of all steel members during construction is low, meeting the construction requirements. After the cable broken, all steel members have no plastic hinges, they are in the elastic stage with high safety redundancy, which can meet the requirements of continuous collapse resistance. The comfort degree under the effect of human stimulation can meet the requirements. The results of the joint detail analysis show that the overall level of the equivalent stress of the joint is lower than the design strength of the steel.
