洁净厂房毒物防控技术的研究进展

摘要:洁净厂房在电子、医药、生物等行业广泛应用的同时, 相关职业病危害防治问题日益凸显, 特别是生产性毒物所致的职业性损害。简要介绍了洁净厂房毒物来源, 并从源头控制、改善空调净化系统 (包括控制气流组织形式、控制新风量、使用化学过滤器) 2个方面阐述了洁净厂房毒物防控技术的研究进展。

Research progress on prevention and control technology of poison in cleanrooms

Abstract: While cleanrooms are widely used in many industries including electronics, medicine and biology, the prevention and control of occupational hazards has become increasingly prominent, especially occupational damage caused by productive toxicants. Briefly presents the source of poisons in cleanrooms, and expounds the research progress on prevention and control technology of poison in cleanrooms from two aspects of source control and improvement of the air conditioning and cleaning system (including controlling airflow pattern, controlling outdoor air rate, using chemical filters) .
