文丘里阀与文丘里管蝶阀组合在排风柜变风量控制系统中的应用研究

摘要:文丘里阀和文丘里管蝶阀组合作为实验室通风系统中常用的风量控制设备,广泛应用于各类型排风柜变风量控制系统和受控环境压力控制系统中。本文基于流量特性、压力无关性、可调比、控制精度、响应时间、防腐工艺等方面对2种风阀的性能及其在排风柜变风量控制系统中的适用性进行研究,得出了在排风柜变风量控制系统中2种风阀的应用特点和适用范围。

Abstract: The Venturi air damper and Venturi tube butterfly damper combination valve are commonly used as airflow volume control devices in laboratory ventilation systems, and are widely used in variable air volume(VAV) control systems of various types of fume hoods and controlled environmental pressure control systems. Based on the airflow characteristics, pressure independence, turndown ratio, control accuracy, response time and anti-corrosion technology, the performance of the two kinds of valves and their application to VAV control system of the fume hood are studied. The application characteristics and application range of the two kinds of valves in VAV control system of the fume hood are obtained.
