数据中心间接蒸发冷却技术应用与思考

摘要:间接蒸发冷却技术以支持快速交付、分期部署、高能效水平等优势特点,广泛应用于国内外数据中心项目。但应用过程中,仍需面对建筑外立面耦合、直膨式(DX)补冷比例高低与IT设备容量产出强相关、连续制冷实现、换热芯体结垢和结露等设计、建造、运营维度的诸多问题与挑战。

Application and consideration of indirect evaporative cooling technology in data centers

Abstract: Based on its advantages in supporting rapid delivery, deployment in different periods and high energy efficiency, indirect evaporative cooling(IDEC) technology is widely used in data centers at home and abroad. However, during the process of application, there are still many problems and challenges in design, construction and operation, such as IDEC coupling with building facade, the DX proportion and its relationship with IT equipment capacity output value, continuous cooling, fouling and condensation of heat exchange cores, etc.
