建筑类型对高效制冷机房系统运行能效比影响的定量分析
摘要:为分析不同建筑类型对制冷机房系统运行能效比的影响,在全国每个建筑热工分区选定1个代表城市,分别构建了不同建筑类型下的制冷机房系统模型120个,进行了全年逐时能效仿真计算。结果表明:5个代表城市,大小系统不同等级之间每相差一级,平均能效比水平相差9.83%±2.19%,呈现良好分级特征,基本符合制冷机房系统评价能效比分级的要求;其他条件一定时,办公、商业、酒店3种典型公共建筑类型的计算结果平均最大相对差异为2.16%±0.92%,建筑类型的差异对于制冷机房能效比水平的影响较小,且办公建筑模型计算结果更接近于3种典型类型的平均水平。

Quantitative analysis of influence of building types on operating energy efficiency ratio of high-efficiency refrigeration room systems
Abstract: In order to analyse the influence of different building types on the operating energy efficiency ratio of the refrigeration room systems, a representative city is selected in each building thermal zone of the country, 120 models of the refrigeration room system under different building types are constructed, and the hourly energy efficiency simulation calculation for the whole year is carried out. The results show that in the five representative cities, the average energy efficiency ratio level differs by 9.83%±2.19% for each level of difference between different levels of large and small systems, showing good classification characteristics, which basically meets the requirements for energy efficiency ratio classification of refrigeration room systems. When other conditions are certain, the average maximum relative difference of the calculation results of the three typical public building types of office, business and hotel is 2.16%±0.92%. The difference in building types has little impact on the energy efficiency ratio level of the refrigeration room, and the calculation results of the office building model are closer to the average level of the three typical types.
