Abstract: The pre-insulated composite plastic pipes have been applied widely in the northern region. This paper presents some technical difficulties in the preparation of the T/CECS 904-2021 Technical specification for pre-insulated composite plastic pipes engineering of heating network system, including the pipe types, design application condition, design stress and connection methods.
