基于BIM技术的装配式住宅项目应用研究
摘要：为解决某装配式高层住宅项目存在专业分包单位多、管理协调困难、施工配合难度大、数据协同与信息共享困难等难题，引进智能化BIM系统工程技术进行施工全过程控制应用。通过BIM模型创建、碰撞检查及管线综合，有效控制工程质量与进度，并取得良好的社会和经济效益。
