新基建浪潮下对数据中心运维的思考
摘要：自2018年以来，中央对于“新型基础设施建设”政策频出，2020年更是首次明确提出支持“数据中心”建设，各省市区更是提出了总量近34万亿的投资计划。然而数据中心不仅仅需要建设，更需要建成后的运维，对于运维工作还有很长的路要走。

Thinking about the Operation and Maintenance of Data Center under the Wave of New Infrastructure Construction
Abstract: Since 2018,the central government's policy on “new infrastructure construction” has been frequent. In 2020,it is the first time to explicitly support the construction of “data center”. Provinces and cities have proposed a total investment plan of nearly 34 trillion yuan. However,the data center not only needs to be built,but also needs the operation and maintenance after completion. There is still a long way to go for the operation and maintenance work.
