消防泵启动若干问题探讨研究

摘要:较于先行实施的GB 50116-2013《火灾自动报警系统设计规范》,新版的GB 50974-2014《消防给水及消火栓系统技术规范》以及GB 50084-2017《自动喷水灭火系统设计规范》对消防泵启动方式都提出了新的要求。为使消防泵启动设计、安装调试既能满足规范要求,又能在实际工程应用中顺利通过消防验收,本文首先对消防泵主要启动信号的合理化应用进行剖析,指明现有启动方式存在的缺陷,并提出优化后的启动方案。分析通用消防泵控制图中延时控制与手/自动切换位置不合理,容易导致极端情况下消防泵无法及时启动的机理,并提出改进措施。

Discussion on Some Problems of Fire Pump Starting

Abstract: Compared with Code for design of automatic fire alarm system( GB 50116-2013),the new version of Technical code for fire protection water supply and hydrant systems( GB 50974-2014) and Code for design of sprinkler systems( GB 50084-2017) put forward new requirements for fire pump linkage control. In order to make the fire pump start design,installation and debugging not only meet the requirements of the code,but also pass the fire inspection and acceptance in the practical engineering application,this paper first analyzes the rational application of the main start signals of the fire pump,points out the defects of the existing start mode,and puts forward the optimized start scheme. This paper analyzes the mechanism that the delay control and manual/automatic switch positions in the control chart of general fire pump are unreasonable,which is easy to cause the fire pump can not start in time in extreme cases,and puts forward improvement measures.
