摘要:对于高层及超高层建筑,楼板作为主要水平构件,不但起着承受竖向荷载并且传递水平荷载的作用,并且协调各抗侧力构件之间的变形。目前常规的楼板设计只考虑竖向荷载对楼板的作用,没有考虑水平荷载对楼板的影响。结合某高层剪力墙结构实例,采用有限元软件,对薄弱处楼板在水平荷载作用下进行应力分析,研究了楼板面外荷载对结构整体的影响以及水平荷载对楼板内力的作用,对楼板进行了楼板应力校核与对比,并且进行承载力验算,在应力集中区域,通过增加附加钢筋的方法来加强楼板,以保证楼板刚度。结果表明,对于高层建筑结构,风荷载影响下的水平荷载作用对楼板应力影响较大,楼板应力集中部位应进行加强以提高楼板承载力,保证结构整体性与安全性。

Slab stress analysis of weak parts of high-rise building structure

Abstract: For high-rise and super-high-rise buildings, as the main horizontal member, slab not only bears the vertical load and transfers the horizontal load, but also coordinates the deformation between the horizontal resisting members. At present, the conventional design of slabs only considers the effect of vertical load, the effect of horizontal load is not considered. With the example of a high-rise shear wall structure, finite element software was used to carry out slab stress analysis on the weak part under the horizontal load. The influence of out-of-plane load on the whole structure and the effect of horizontal load on the internal force of the slabs were studied. The slab stress was checked and compared, and the bearing capacity of the slabs was checked. In the stress concentration area, the floor was strengthened by adding additional reinforcement to ensure the stiffness of the slabs. The results show that for high-rise building structures, the horizontal load under the influence of wind load has greater impact on the stress of the floor. The stress concentration of the floor should be reinforced to improve the bearing capacity of the slabs and ensure the integrity and safety of the structure.
