摘要:已有的零能耗建筑可行性研究主要集中于居住建筑,且仅考虑建筑用能与可再生能源产能之间的平衡。我国新颁布的《近零能耗建筑技术标准》同时考虑了供需平衡和建筑本体节能。然而,目前尚无基于该标准的零能耗建筑可行性研究。本文基于该标准研究了3种场景下我国夏热冬暖地区和寒冷地区非住宅类零能耗建筑在设计阶段的可行性。结果表明,不同场景、气候条件下非住宅类零能耗建筑均能实现,但若要保证实际运行中零能耗目标的实现,需要在设计中考虑可能的实际运行条件。

Abstract: The existing feasibility studies of zero-energy-consumption buildings mainly focus on residential buildings, and only consider the balance between building energy and renewable energy production capacity. China's newly promulgated Technical standard for nearly zero energy building considers the balance of supply and demand and the energy conservation of the building itself. However, there is currently no feasibility study of zero-energy-consumption buildings based on this standard. Based on this standard, this paper studies the feasibility of non-residential zero-energy-consumption buildings in the design stage of China's hot summer and warm winter zone and cold zone under three scenarios. The results show that non-residential zero-energy-consumption buildings can be achieved under different scenarios and climatic conditions, but to ensure the realization of the zero-energy-consumption goal in actual operation, it is necessary to consider possible actual operating conditions in the design.
