摘要:为了提高螺栓连接装配式混凝土剪力墙力学性能的模拟分析效率,基于OpenSees提出了一种由非线性梁柱单元、刚性单元、Truss单元、缝隙单元以及两节点单元组成的简化模型,该简化模型不仅解决了结构基础被压溃导致的模型不收敛问题,同时考虑了基础宽度对接缝区域的影响。该简化模型的仿真结果与拟静力试验结果吻合较好,简化模型可以较好地预测结构的峰值承载力以及承载力与刚度的退化,从而验证了其有效性。在此基础上,建立了一足尺螺栓连接装配式墙板乡村住宅模型的简化模型,并对结构进行了弹塑性时程分析,计算结果与试验结果进一步验证了简化模型的有效性,计算结果表明螺栓连接装配式墙板乡村住宅模型在9度罕遇地震作用下,结构最大层间位移角小于钢筋混凝土抗震墙的弹性层间位移角限值1/1 000,说明结构具有良好的抗震性能。

Simplified model and verification of bolted prefabricated wallboard rural housing

Abstract: Based on the OpenSees, a simplified model was proposed consisting of nonlinear beam-column element, rigid element, Truss element, gap element and two node element to improve the bolted prefabricated concrete shear wall mechanical efficiency of performance simulation analysis. The simplified model not only solved the problem of non-convergence caused by crushed foundation, but also considered the influence of foundation width on the joint area. The simulation results of the simplified model are in good agreement with the pseudo-static test results and the model can better predict the peak bearing capacity and the degradation of bearing capacity and stiffness, which verifies its validity. On this basis, a simplified model of full scale bolted prefabricated wallboard rural housing was established, and the elastic-plastic time history analysis of the structure was carried out, the calculation results with the experimental results further verify the validity of the simplified model, the calculation results show that the maximum story drift of the bolted prefabricated wallboard rural housing is less than 1/1 000 of the elastic story drift of the reinforced concrete aseismic wall under 9 degree rare earthquake, indicating that the structure has good seismic performance.
