摘要:为满足建筑立面和使用要求,金桥国培中心采用悬挂结构系统。悬挂结构系统由核心筒、悬挂桁架、吊柱和楼盖结构组成。结合项目特点,介绍塔楼结构选型以及悬挂系统各结构体系与布置。在核心筒中设置黏滞阻尼墙,减小主体结构承担地震作用,作为对单重抗侧力结构体系的一种有效加强措施。对悬挂结构的整体受力性能进行全面分析,验证结构性能整体指标均满足规范的要求。对悬挂结构的关键问题进行专项分析,包括楼板效应分析、活荷载不利分布分析、抗连续倒塌分析以及楼板振动舒适度分析等,评价局部结构受力的可靠性,并提出相应的加强措施。通过罕遇地震弹塑性时程分析,证明悬挂结构满足抗震性能要求。

Suspension structure design of Jinqiao Guopei Center

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of building facade and usage, Jinqiao Guopei Center adopts a suspension structure system. The suspension structure system consists of a core tube, suspension trusses, hanging columns and a floor system. Combined with the characteristics of the project, the selection of tower structure and the structural system and layout of the suspension system were introduced. The viscous damping walls were set in the core tube to reduce the seismic effect of the main structure, as an effective strengthening measure for the single lateral force structural system. The mechanics performance of the suspension structure was comprehensively analyzed to verify that the overall index of the structural behavior meet the requirements of the specification. Special analysis was carried out on the key problems of the suspension structure, including the analysis of the effect of the floor, the analysis of the unfavorable distribution of the active load, the analysis of the prevention of progressive collapse and the analysis of the floor vibration comfort, etc., to evaluate the reliability of the local structure and propose corresponding strengthening measures. Through the time history analysis under rare earthquakes, it is proved that the suspension structure meets the seismic performance requirements.
