摘要:钢管桁架预应力混凝土叠合板是一种新型的叠合板,为了便于推广使用,介绍了一种设计方法。在施工阶段,叠合板是由钢管桁架和混凝土底板构成的预制底板,按单向板进行设计。在使用阶段,叠合板预应力方向与垂直预应力方向的刚度存在显著差异,针对这种正交异性,提出了简化的设计方法。预应力方向按单向板进行设计,垂直于预应力方向按普通现浇混凝土双向板进行设计。详细介绍了叠合板施工阶段和使用阶段计算单元与截面的选取、荷载选取与组合、内力值及预应力的计算、主要的验算内容以及连接构造。最后给出了具体算例,通过理论计算对叠合板施工浇筑阶段和使用阶段进行设计和验算,并采用有限元模拟验算施工脱模阶段。该设计方法趋于保守,但思路明确,便于设计使用。

Abstract: Prestressed concrete laminated slab with grouted steel-tube trusses is a new type of laminated slab. In order to popularize, a design method was introduced. In the construction stage, the laminated plate was a prefabricated bottom plate composed of steel pipe truss and concrete bottom plate, which was designed as a one-way plate. In the use stage, there was a significant difference in stiffness between the prestressed direction and the vertical prestressed direction of the laminated plate, and in view of this orthogonality, a simplified design method was proposed. The laminated plate was designed as one-way slab in the prestressed direction and as ordinary cast-in-place concrete two-way slab slab in the vertical prestressed direction. Then selection of calculation unit and section, load selection and combination, calculation of internal force and prestress, main checking contents and connection structure in the construction stage and use stage were introduced in detail. Finally, a specific example had been given. Through theoretical calculation, the construction cast-in-place stage and use stage of laminated slab were designed and checked, and finite element simulation was used to check the demoulding stage of construction. The design method tends to be conservative, but the idea is clear and easy to design.
