摘要:为了提高结构抗震性能,海口双子塔-南塔核心筒在底部范围、伸臂桁架相关范围、顶部范围采用钢板混凝土剪力墙,探讨了型钢钢板对核心筒剪力墙的影响,伸臂桁架设置位置对墙肢拉应力的影响。通过对结构进行地震作用下的等效弹性分析,确定剪力墙墙肢内的型钢截面尺寸、钢板截面尺寸及配筋面积;通过对结构进行动力弹塑性时程分析,研究在罕遇地震作用下的剪力墙塑性损伤、剪力墙内型钢与钢筋的应力状态。结果表明,钢板混凝土剪力墙与普通混凝土剪力墙相比,墙肢厚度减小,墙肢拉应力满足要求;设置伸臂桁架能有效降低底部墙肢拉应力;在罕遇地震作用下墙体边缘构件型钢和纵筋、钢板均为弹性状态,部分连梁钢板达到屈服,连梁纵筋接近屈服。配置了型钢和钢板的剪力墙满足各项设计要求。

Abstract: In order to improve the seismic performance of the structure, steel plate concrete shear wall was used in corewall of Haikou Twin Towers-South Tower at the parts such as the bottom of the structure, the stories with outriggers and the top of the structure. The influence of the steel plate on the corewall shear walls as well as the influence of the position of the outriggers on the tension stress of the shear wall was discussed. The equivalent elastic analysis of the structure under the earthquake action was carried out to determine the size of section steel, the size of steel plate and the reinforcement areas of the shear walls. The dynamic elasto-plastic time-history analysis of the structure was carried out under the rare earthquake to study the shear wall plastic damage, the stress state of the steel plate and the steel reinforcement. The results show that compared with common concrete shear walls, the thickness of the steel plate concrete shear wall is reduced and the tension stress of the wall meets the requirements. Setting the outriggers can effectively reduce the tension stress of the bottom wall. Under the rare earthquake, the section steel in the wall edge members, longitudinal bars and steel plates are in an elastic state, some of the steel plates of the coupling beams have yielded, and the longitudinal bars of the coupling beams are close to yielding. The shear wall equipped with section steel and steel plate meets various design requirements.
