摘要:布吉文体中心项目采用钢框架结构体系,存在扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、楼板不连续、尺寸突变、构件间断(柱转换)、局部不规则(跃层柱、斜柱)等6项一般不规则项,扭转偏大1项显著不规则项。对超限不规则项进行分析,分析结果表明:大跨桁架的斜腹杆对结构整体刚度影响很小,不影响钢框架结构体系判定,不作为支撑结构;虽然局部存在单跨框架,但整体结构不属于单跨框架结构;通过楼盖有效拉结可实现整体结构受力,结构具有足够的安全冗余度;通过扭转效应分析,说明扭转偏大的构件具有足够承载能力以抵抗扭转带来的不利影响,且构件扭转偏大,实际的整体扭转角很小,扭转效应的影响很小;通过大跨空间框架的梁柱节点的合理设计,可满足强柱弱梁、强节点弱构件等重要抗震概念和抗震性能目标,达到良好的结构抗震性能,各项控制指标均满足要求。

Abstract: Buji Culture and Sport Center project adopts steel frame structure system. There are six general irregularities, including torsional irregularity, concave convex irregularity, floor discontinuity, size mutation, component discontinuity(column conversion), local irregularity(through floor column, inclined column), and one significant irregularity of excessive torsion. Out-of-limit irregularities were analyzed. The analysis results show that the diagonal web member of long-span truss has little influence on the overall stiffness of the structure, does not affect the judgment of steel frame structure system, and is not used as a brace structure. Although there is a single span frame in local, the overall structure is not a single span frame structure. The stress of the overall structure can be realized through the effective tie-in of the floor, the structure has sufficient safety redundancy. Through the analysis of torsion effect, it shows that the member with large torsion has enough bearing capacity to resist the adverse effect of torsion. The torsion of member is large, the actual overall torsion angle is small, and the influence of torsion effect is small. Through the reasonable design of beam column joints of long-span spatial frames, important seismic concepts and seismic performance objectives such as strong columns and weak beams, strong joints and weak members can be met, good structural seismic performance can be achieved, and all control indexes meet the requirements.
