摘要:介绍了适用于实验动物用房排风热回收的热管热回收、乙二醇热回收、热泵热回收3种回收方式的优缺点。分别计算出3种热回收方式热回收量与耗电量的平衡点的气象参数,并结合武汉某实验动物用房,计算出3种热回收方式的全年回收能量及投资回收期。得出热泵热回收更适用于夏热冬冷地区的实验动物用房能量回收。

Application analysis of three heat recovery methods in laboratory animal rooms

Abstract: The advantages and disadvantages of heat pipe heat recovery, glycol heat recovery and heat pump heat recovery suitable for exhaust heat recovery of laboratory animal rooms are presented. The meteorological parameters of the equilibrium point of the heat recovery and power consumption of the three heat recovery methods are calculated respectively. Combined with an laboratory animal room in Wuhan, the annual recovery energy and investment payback periods of the three heat recovery methods are calculated. It is concluded that the heat pump heat recovery is more suitable for laboratory animal room energy recovery in hot summer and cold winter zone.
