摘要:基于2022年卡塔尔世界杯主场馆卢赛尔体育场项目,对BIM技术在海外大型体育场的应用特点进行分析。根据BIM应用特点,从管理团队组织架构、数据资源管理、数据格式管理3个方面介绍了卢赛尔体育场项目的BIM管理体系。重点介绍了BIM技术在规划设计、施工建造和赛后运维等项目全生命周期各阶段的具体应用方式,并对其应用效果进行分析评价,最后提出了相关建议。

Comprehensive Application of BIM Technology in Lusail Stadium for 2022 World Cup

Abstract: Based on the Lusail Stadium project, the main stadium of Qatar in 2022, the application characteristics of BIM technology in large overseas stadiums are analyzed. According to the characteristics of BIM application, the BIM management system of the Lusail Stadium project is explained from three aspects, management team organization structure, data resource management, and data format management. The focus is on the specific application methods of BIM technology in planning, design, construction, and post-match operation and maintenance of the project at each stage of the life cycle, analysis and evaluation of its application effects. And finally relevant recommendations are put forward.
