摘要:上海的近代混凝土结构历史建筑在我国具有典型代表性,深入了解这些历史建筑的结构体系、材料、构造等结构特征,对其可靠性鉴定与保护利用具有重要意义。基于108幢上海近代混凝土结构历史建筑的房屋检测结果,统计其典型结构特征,由于受到近代建筑材料、施工技术、设计水平等因素制约,加之服役时间较长、后期改建搭建等,较多混凝土结构近代建筑存在使用安全和耐久性问题,且较多近代建筑的抗震构造普遍达不到抗震鉴定标准的要求,应结合相关法律法规及保护要求进行处理。

Statistics and analysis of typical structural characteristics of modern concrete structures in Shanghai

Abstract: The historical buildings of modern concrete structures in Shanghai are typical in China. In-depth understanding of the structural system, materials, structures and other structural characteristics of these historical buildings is of great significance for their reliability identification and protection and utilization. Based on the test results of 108 the historical buildings of modern concrete structures in Shanghai, statistics of their typical structural features were made. Due to the constraints of building materials, construction technology, design level and other factors in modern times, coupled with long service time and later reconstruction and construction, many modern concrete structures have problems in use safety and durability, and the seismic structures of many modern buildings generally fail to meet the requirements of seismic appraisal standards. It shall be handled in combination with relevant laws, regulations and protection requirements.
