摘要:选取两个已建的工程实例按照平板-剪力墙结构布置,首先对其进行多遇地震和风荷载作用下的弹性分析,完成结构设计;然后进行罕遇地震下的弹塑性时程分析,研究其抗震性能及破坏形态;最后对平板-剪力墙体系的经济性进行了分析。结果表明,在多遇地震和风荷载作用下,平板-剪力墙体系的整体指标均满足《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ 3—2010)的要求,构件验算也满足承载力要求,能够实现“小震不坏”的设防目标;在罕遇地震作用下,平板-剪力墙体系的层间位移角满足规范限值1/120的要求,墙体和楼板的损伤均不大,能够实现“大震不倒”的设防目标;平板-剪力墙体系的材料用量与传统剪力墙体系相比略低或持平。在此基础上,对平板-剪力墙体系的板厚取值、板内暗梁设置等提出了建议,可为今后工程应用提供参考。

Feasibility study of shear wall structure system with large span flat slab

Abstract: Two built engineering examples were selected according to the layout of the shear wall structure with flat slab. Firstly, the elastic analysis under the frequent earthquake and wind load was carried out to complete the structural design. Then, the elastoplastic time-history analysis was completed under rare earthquakes to study its seismic performance and failure modes. Finally, the economy of the shear wall system with flat slab was analyzed. The results show that under the frequent earthquake and wind load, the whole index of the shear wall system with flat slab meets the requirements in Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building(JGJ 3—2010), and the members checking also meets the requirements of bearing capacity, which can achieve the fortification goal of “no damage during frequent earthquake”; Under the rare earthquake, the inter-story drift angle of the shear wall system with flat slab meets the standard limit 1/120, and the damage of the wall and slab is not serious, which can achieve the fortification goal of “no collapse during rare earthquake”; Compared with traditional shear wall systems, the material amount used in the shear wall system with flat slab is slightly lower or the same. On the basis of the above, some suggestions were put forward for the slab thickness and setting the hidden beam in the slab of the shear wall system with flat slab, which will provide references for the future engineering application.
